Immediately he made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side…When evening came, … the boat, battered by the waves, was far from the land,..the wind was against them. Early in the morning Jesus came walking toward them on the sea.
…terrified …the disciples cried out in fear. But immediately Jesus spoke …“Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid.” Matthew14:22-35

Yes, just stepping out of the boat was a major victory the enemy which tries so hard to confine us.
