Discipline
…we had human parents to discipline us, and we respected them. Should we not be even more willing to be subject to the Father of spirits and live? Hebrews 12:3-11 There are more than enough times and situations that we can’t do anything about. Every time of trial has its duration, some far longer than others. Why not use that time to discipline our praise for God who has been far more gracious and merciful than we have been faithful?
Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving,
and pay your vows to the Most High.
Call on me in the day of trouble;
I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me. Psalm 50:14-15

God has been so faithful and He has used my greatest trials to bring about my greatest and best changes. IN the pain glory is revealed!
Thank you for your words. They encourage me today as I pursue a new ministry. I confess that in the past I have allowed my own trials to be a hindrance. Yet most recently I have felt stronger in this new day because there is no one to depend on except God. Peace and continued blessings to you.
And I think that is the point God is trying to bring us all to! The longer I serve Him the quicker I find myself coming to the end of my power to do anything.
🙂 I know that there are others who travel this journey but it is fulfilling to meet them along the way. Thank you and continued peace and blessing.
And may it reside with you as well!
