Lent Day 10

First Signs

…it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court. I do not even judge myself…  It is the Lord who judges me.  1 Corinthians 4:1-7  We are often quick to cast our opinions concerning our selves and one another. In doing so we often short change ourselves. As we do all that God calls us to do, let God be the judge and continue to be all that God calls us to be.

  1. Deirdre,
What a wonderful message for my birth day. I have a good friend who is on a search committee for a local church in Hampton, Virginia. It is a much larger church than St.Georges. I do not know what your siruation is at this time and don’t even know if your are searching for a church.
I will not give my friend your name unless you give me the permission to do so. I have a lot of wonderful things to tell her about you and Crustybread”. The church is St.Cyprian’s in Hampton, Va. if you would like to check it out at their web site. This is the only E-mail address I have for you.

    Peace, Love and Joy,

    Jim Thurmond
